In this year the Dr. Hermann B\u00fcttner piano contest has been carried out as contest for trio with piano.<\/p>\n
Prizes have been awarded to three trios. A sponsoring award of 1.800 \u20ac has been awarded to the trio comprising Olivier Girardin (flute), Sofia Ogas (violoncello) and Yejin Ahn (piano). A second prize with an amount of 3.000 \u20ac hast been awarded to the “0. Limits Trio” comprising Hua Shao (violin), Wei-Luen Lee (violoncello) and Mingjie Guo (piano).<\/p>\n
The first prize of 6.000 \u20ac has been achieved by the “Trio May” of Yoerae Kim (violin), Andreas Schmalhofer (violoncello) and Mihjeok Gwon (piano).<\/p>\n
The laureates have perormed at the laureates’ concert on the November 7, 2019, at 19.30, in the Velte-Saal.<\/p>\n

The auditions for the conest will be held on saturday and sunday, November 2 and 3, 2019, equally beginning at 10.00 in the Velte-Saal of the Karlsruhe University of Music. The auditions are open to the public, the entry is free.<\/p>
The laureates' concert with the prize winning participants of the contest will take place on the followig thursday, November 7, 2019, at 19.30, also in the Velte-Saal. The entry to the laureates' concert ist also free.<\/p>
